Our proposition for Ripoll y De Prado SportClinic
The APP market is constantly expanding. Currently, any functionality can be solved through the Mobile World and it is logical to think that no organization wants to lose the opportunity to connect with its users in a transversal way and from different devices.
It is important to know which are the existing alternatives in the Market that you can choose; after being able to identify the option that best suits the business strategy being pursued. In this context, we could classify the options into two large segments: WEB APP and NATIVE APP.
ChainMaker is fully available to address the Requirement formulated by Ripoll and De Prado SportClinic in either of the two options. However, after having analyzed said Requirement in depth, we conclude on the need to design an Integrated Solution and therefore our recommendation is to undertake the development in the WEB APP Model.
The conclusion is based, basically, on the fact that Ripoll y De Prado SportClinic require undoubted presence in both Desktop and Mobile and therefore, the Solution must be Integral, supported on one side, in a reusable architecture that maximizes the visibility of functionality and content. ; and on the other hand, it results in significant cost and effort savings when undertaking future upgrades

What is a WEB APP?
What is a NATIVE APP?
A WEB APPLICATION, also called WEB APP, is developed using multiplatform languages, which allow these applications to be executed on any terminal and, in fact, be accessible from any browser through a URL
A WEB APP is then a version optimized for perfect viewing on different devices, accessible through a URL in the browser of the device itself.
Therefore, it is adaptable to the screen format, so that it has a navigation aspect similar to that of a Mobile APP. At the same time, mobile browsers allow creating shortcuts to this WEB APP on the desktop and thus simulate an installation on the computer, to be able to access it directly from the desktop of the device.
Advantages
The main advantage is that it does NOT consume local resources of the device, therefore the user is not forced to make the uncomfortable decision of determining "which to uninstall for which to install". This advantage is not trivial, since the resources of a SmartDevice are not unlimited.
The fact of using multiplatform languages ??in its development makes it possible for the same code to be reusable in different operating systems, that is to say: it is independent and decoupled from the equipment being used.
It is not necessary to download them from any app store and does not require constant updates, so the end user does not have to worry about their versioning
From the point of view of Integrative Strategy, it undoubtedly reports innumerable benefits, since it will minimize production costs when reusing a single development capable of making functionalities and content available in all MultiDevice views
Drawbacks
Its execution requires an Internet connection and its speed is subject to the speed of the browser and the quality of that connection. In any case, due to the extraordinary technological advance, this inconvenience is strongly mitigated due to the fact that BA's costs have fallen significantly and the trend is that they continue to decline. Statistically, 85% of the mobiles used in Spain have Internet services of the highest quality and speed
A NATIVE APP is an application developed with specific tools so that they run on the native operating system of each device. These applications can access the Operating Systems of the mobile equipment to facilitate the use of devices such as compass, camera, mail, GPS, etc.
Advantages
These applications are installed on the device and usually make optimal use of the mobile functionality. Therefore, the main advantage is that you can use the terminal hardware, having full access to the device's resources to improve the user experience.
Drawbacks
The main drawback is being forced to develop programming independent of the WebSite. Therefore, in the case of Organizations with a strong -and necessary- presence on Desktop, higher costs will be required when evolving, since it will have to manage versions: on the one hand Desktop and on the other hand, for the mobile platform.
Likewise, the need for constant updates also makes this the most expensive option.
From an end-user perspective, the trend is increasingly evident. Users only keep ONLY THE ESSENTIAL APPs installed on their desktop, since the consumption of local resources makes them forced to uninstall in order to reserve those resources for other issues that are more useful to them. We have surely witnessed first-hand the most frequent choice that mobile users face "I prefer to use my resources to upload my videos rather than install a new APP"
